Last year, our school and POLA CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES CO., LTD. jointly conducted research on a heat stroke risk assessment system based on the work of our students who participated in the National College of Technology Deep Learning Contest (DCON2022). The result is a product named “Kaokara” (https://kaokara.jp/), which will be released this summer.
On June 11, Reiwa 6, Ms. Noriko Suenobu, Executive Officer of POLA ORBIS Holdings Co., Ltd., and Ms. Akatsuka and Ms. Kasahara of POLA CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES CO., LTD. visited the school and received a certificate of appreciation for their research cooperation so far.
Faculty, staff, and students will be able to experience the donated system and use the feedback they provide to further improve the product.
