We have just sent you a written “Notice of Completion Ceremony and Graduation Ceremony for the First Year of Reiwa” dated March 12, 202, but from the viewpoint of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we have decided to impose some restrictions on the number of graduates who will attend.Reiwa
Students who are restricted are those who have returned from overseas after Wednesday, March 4 in accordance with “If you are identified as a close contact of an infected person” (“Response to the outbreak of new coronavirus infection in students, etc. (Second report)” (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Administrative Notice dated February 25, Reiwa 2)), and the restriction content is that they should refrain from attending the ceremony on March 18. I did.
If you are a restricted student, please reply by e-mail to the General Affairs Planning Section (soumu@toyota-ct.ac.jp) and the Student Support Section (gakusei☆toyota-ct.ac.jp (gakusei☆ (please convert “☆” to “@” and send an e-mail)) with (1) name, (2) travel period, (3) destination country and city, (4) transit point (flight number), and (5) reason for travel (e.g. private travel).
Those who have requested will not be able to attend the ceremony, but we plan to hand over a certificate or diploma separately from our supervisor (or substitute teacher) after 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18. (However, only if you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or if you do not have symptoms such as strong lethargy or shortness of breath.) If you are absent, we will mail you at a later date.
