Startup Business 1st Evening Seminar

  1. Startup Business 1st Evening Seminar

In order to support students’ independent activities for startups, we held the first evening seminar as a kick-off event at the Multipurpose Hall on Tuesday, May 16, Reiwa.
This event was supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology’s Startup Education Environment Improvement Project, and is positioned as a part of our school’s startup education program that started this fiscal year. Participants came from all grades, departments, and majors, as well as faculty, staff, alumni, and cooperating companies.
On the day of the event, a seminar and group work were held, and at the seminar, Mr. Ryogo Tsuzuki, a graduate of our school who founded a company that develops and operates the eSports tournament holding tool “e-players” when he was a student at the age of 19, gave a lecture. In addition, in the group work, Mr. Koki Hayashi and Mr. Kyoichi Kubota, who run the entrepreneurship experience event Startup Weekend Toyoda, scheduled to be held on July 7~7/9, divided into groups of about 5 people and had a game-style discussion called “harf baked”. After that, each group presented their ideas in one minute, and Associate Professor Hiroko Maeda of our school gave a critique.
We plan to continue holding events to support the activities of technical college students toward startups.
