Sota Kimura, a first-year student in the Oikawa Laboratory of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Systems Engineering, presented his research results at the Tokai Branch Meeting of the Japan Society of Electrical and Electronic Systems Engineering, and received the IEEJ Excellent Paper Presentation Award! Congratulations!
The title of the presentation was “Chaos Phenomena Occurring in Josephson Junctions Irradiated with High Frequency”. At an academic conference, which is mainly presented by many master’s students at graduate schools, Mr. Kimura, a first-year student in the major course equivalent to a third-year undergraduate student at a university, received the award. I think this is a very valuable award because the presentation was genuinely evaluated from the outside!
