Shota Inaishi, a fifth-year student in the Department of Environmental and Urban Engineering, received the Best Research Presentation Award at the 8th International Conference of “Science of Technology Innovation” 2023 (8th STI-Gigaku 2023) held on November 6~7, 2023.
With the following title, I gave a presentation in English on the status of the designation of local governments as “renewable energy promotion zones” under the regional decarbonization promotion project system based on the Act on Promotion of Global Warming Countermeasures revised in April 2022 and the survey of their intentions. At this international conference, 175 research presentations were made, and 17 people, including Dr. Inaishi, received the Best Research Presentation Award for their excellent research.
