To All Regular Course Students

Due to the extension of remote classes, registration for the previous semester will be implemented as follows.
For more information, please use the form below for all students.

Students on leave of absence do not need to answer.
(Course registration for students on leave of absence who return to school in the middle of the previous semester will take over the course registration for the previous semester.) )

Course Registration Process

All students register for courses based on the timetable of their classes as the standard timetable.
However, parallel courses for 4th and 5th grade students are not registered.

In addition, students who have been detained in the elementary class in the past (excluding detention due to leave of absence) are not registered for the courses they have already completed. (It is an empty frame)


・Students who do not have any courses to be added or removed from the timetable of their classes

・Fifth-year students who have received confirmation of their courses in order to apply for the university transfer examination
・International students

  1. Please select [No change] from the form.
    This concludes the procedure.


・Students whose subjects are added or removed from the timetable of the class they are enrolled in

・Students taking parallel courses

  1. Please select [Subject to change] according to the form.
  2. Please fill in the subjects you want to add or delete according to the form.
  3. After submitting the form, you will be required to register at the Academic Affairs Section.
    As soon as the registration is completed, we will notify you of the registration details to Office365 email, so please check it.

For students taking special courses, we cannot use the form below, so we will respond individually.
The Academic Affairs Section will send you an e-mail, so please check it.
* Target students: Students of the Department of Architecture enrolled before the 27th academic year

Course Registration Q&A

Q1.Can I take courses in the lower grades?
A1.Among the courses offered in the lower grades, you can take and acquire subjects that you have not yet mastered.
General subjects offered in the lower grades can be taken in other departments.

Q2.Can I take courses in the upper grades?
A2.Students who have been detained in the primary class (excluding detention in the elementary class due to leave of absence) in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades can take and acquire courses offered in the grade one grade higher than their own year before advancing to the 5th grade after being detained in the elementary class.
However, credits for graduation research in the fourth year are not permitted.
In addition, in the first, second, and third grades, credits earned in subjects offered in grades higher than one’s own grade are not included in the credits required for advancement in one’s own grade.

Q3.Please tell me about general courses offered in other departments.
A3.General subjects offered in the lower grades can be taken and acquired in other departments as shown in A1.
General subjects offered in one’s own year and in higher grades cannot be taken in the same courses offered in other departments.

Q4.Please tell me about taking specialized courses offered in other departments.
A4.Credits earned by taking specialized courses offered in other departments are not included in the credits required for advancement and graduation.
 Statistics, Analysis, Applied Physics, Modern Physics, Applied Physics Experiments, and Fundamentals of Applied Physics are specialized subjects, so credits earned by taking these courses offered in other departments are not included in the credits required for advancement and graduation.
