At the 37th Mainichi DAS Student Design Award High School Division, where high school and technical college students studying design compete for sensibility and creativity, Mr. Shigefumi Nakayama of the Department of Architecture in the third year received the grand prize “Silver Egg Award”.
The Mainichi DAS Student Design Award was submitted in six categories: Graphics, Product, Craft, Illustration, Spatial Design, and Fashion & Textiles, and 137 works from 31 schools nationwide were exhibited for students enrolled in high schools, technical colleges, and vocational colleges nationwide.
