The Space Design Research Department hosted a business card creation seminar on Thursday, August 3, 2023 as part of the startup support project under the guidance of Associate Professor Hiroko Maeda of the Department of Architecture. The lecturer is Hitomi Takamori, who graduated from the Department of Architecture at our school and is involved in a design business called Arqui design. Starting with general design, we learned about the origin of business cards and the process of designing and creating various business cards. The participating students categorized the various designs of business cards prepared by Mr. Takamori and selected their favorite designs to use as a reference for creating their own business cards. For the students of the Space Design Research Department, it was a meaningful time to think about what it would be like to become an architect or designer in the future.
