At the 3rd International Conference of “Science of Technology Innovation” 2018 (3rs STI-Gigaku 2018) held at Nagaoka University of Technology on October 5~6, 3018, Chie Shimizu, a 5th year student in the Department of Environmental and Urban Engineering, received the Best Poster Award. Ms. Shimizu received this award for her 90-second presentation in English and the Q&A session that followed the study on bustle generation utilizing Vacant Space of Public Facilities.
There were 115 presentations, including Haruya Ishizaki and Hiroko Yamamoto, both fifth-year students in the Department of Environmental and Urban Engineering at our school.
