Implementation of vaccination without appointment for the third vaccination at the vaccination university base additional vaccination site
Reservations are accepted at the additional vaccination site at the university base (Nagoya University Toyota Auditorium) using a dedicated vaccination web reservation system.
In the future, if you have an unplanned time due to early classes or work, we will implement “vaccination without reservation” in addition to the conventional reservation frame as follows so that you can easily receive vaccination according to your convenience.
Date: April 25 (Mon) ~ May 13 (Fri), Reiwa 4 days 12 ~ 18
Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and Golden Week (April 29 ~ May 8).
Target Group: Students (those who are 18 years old or older on the day of vaccination), faculty and staff, etc., and those who have been vaccinated for 6 months or more since the second vaccination

・ We will give priority to those who have a reservation, so those who do not have a reservation may have to wait. Please make as many reservations as possible before coming.

・ Please bring your vaccination ticket and identity verification documents (student ID, faculty and staff ID, insurance card, driver’s license, etc.) when getting vaccinated.
・As a result of the preliminary examination, vaccination may not be possible at the discretion of the doctor.
・Vaccination may not be possible due to vaccine preparation.
・ In principle, a vaccination ticket (for the third dose) is required for vaccination, but if 6 months have passed since the second vaccination, you can be vaccinated even if you have not received the vaccination ticket.
