On Wednesday, June 4, 2025, members of the Miyoshi Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Industrial Department visited our school for a tour of our facilities. The school was visited by 13 people, including small and medium-sized business owners.
This visit was triggered by an opinion exchange meeting held on December 9, 2024, as part of the “R&D and human resource development for the construction of social infrastructure for the realization of a hydrogen society,” which is one of the GEAR5.0 (Advanced Education for Social Implementation of Future Technologies) project by the National Institute of Technology (KOSEN).

This time, the participants visited the Social Collaboration and Co-creation Center, the Techno-training Center for Manufacturing, and the Strength Test Center for Material and Structure, as well as the school’s facilities, practical training, and other school facilities. In the exchange of opinions with the teachers of our school, there were consultations and proposals on specific collaborations, and it was an opportunity to promote collaboration in the future.
At our school, we would like to continue to collaborate with local companies for the development of local industries.
