Following on from last year’s first pitch, the second school pitch tournament was held at the Memorial Hall Conference Room on Friday, February 21, Reiwa 7. It was organized by 01-circle, a circle of students interested in manufacturing and startups. Our school also supports students as part of their entrepreneurship education and startup promotion support. It is a place where students can show each other what they are working on on social issues on a daily basis and interact with each other, and where people from outside the school can listen to and receive opinions and advice. In addition, many people from outside the university attended the lecture. The number of faculty and staff members on campus also exceeded last year’s number.
Six teams (24 players in total) pitched for 4 minutes and received awards such as the Grand Prize, Excellence Award, and Corporate Award. After the conference, a social gathering was held to deepen exchanges between students and between students and experts from outside the school.
The moderator is a first-grade student, and the hall was filled with participants from inside and outside the school.
