IZUHARA Yume, Student Support Section of the Student Affairs Division of our KOSEN, received the Young Staff Encouragement Award at the National Institute of Technology(KOSEN)Organization Staff Award for the 6th year of Reiwa for her award title “Development of an absence notification app and development of linkage with electronic attendance registers”.
On January 31, Reiwa 7, an award ceremony was held at the Science Center (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), and a certificate of commendation was presented by the President of the Institute.

The absence notification app is “an app that allows faculty and staff to register and aggregate student absences with a simple operation and check them anytime, anywhere.” Since the system is created entirely with Microsoft 365 apps only, it can be used anytime, anywhere, as long as there is a device and network environment, regardless of the school network. In addition, the input user interface is designed and created by herselves in PowerApps, making it easier to enter based on the opinions of actual users. Since the people and systems involved in development are covered by ourselves, there are no special costs.
