The 5th Evening Seminar was held at the Entrepreneur Studio on Thursday, January 16, Reiwa 7. This time, we invited TSURUTA Ayano of DONGURI Pit Co., Ltd. to give a lecture titled “Entrepreneur who take on the challenge of social issues while being an engineer of a company: Aiming for zero food loss.” While working as an engineer in the manufacturing industry, she also talked about her experience as a part-time entrepreneur who started her own business out of a desire to contribute to society. In the middle of the talk, the students asked questions, and the lecturer asked questions. It was an interesting lecture for the students, with questions and requests from the students, such as how to be aware of the possibility of failure, how to start if you want to contribute to society, and how to see TSURUTA’s activities.
