We exhibited at the Toyota City High School Attraction Discovery Festa 2024 held at Sky Hall Toyota on Saturday, August 24. This event is attended by 15 prefectural high schools, special needs schools, and KOSEN in the city, and is held with the aim of introducing the unique initiatives, attractions, and career paths of each of them to junior high school students, parents, and citizens, as well as to help them choose their career paths.
On the day of the event, many visitors visited the venue as soon as the doors opened and toured the booths of each school. At the school’s booth, posters of specialized departments were exhibited, consultations were held for higher education, etc., and the students and faculty members of our school who participated as staff actively promoted the event to visitors. Visitors listened to the specific learning content and student life from the students. In addition, at the entrance, an exhibition and demonstration of robots participating in Student Robocon 2024 were held. The way the ball was put into the tube with precision was well received, and many visitors were surprised and impressed by the students’ explanations.
On stage, a talk session was held by the student executive committee members of each school, which had been preparing for about five months, and it ended with great success. This is the fifth time our school has participated in the program this year, and it is a good opportunity for junior high school students, their parents, and citizens to learn about the charm of TOYOTA KOSEN.
