On Thursday, May 17, a ceremony was held in the principal’s office to award the title of emeritus professor.
The title of Professor Emeritus of Toyota National College of Technology is awarded to those who have made particularly outstanding educational achievements over many years in terms of education, as stipulated by the School Education Act, and this time it was awarded to Mr. Seigo Yamashita (currently a part-time professor in the Department of Environmental and Urban Engineering).
At the award ceremony, Principal Tagawa presented a letter of resignation, congratulated the conferral of the title, thanked the students for their great contribution to the development of our school over the years, and asked for their continued guidance and advice to the student faculty and staff as a part-time professor in the future. Next, Professor Emeritus Yamashita thanked him for conferring the title.
