On September 18 (Wed) and 19 (Thu), a two-day first aid workshop was held on September 18 (Wed) and 19 (Thu), with firefighters and first aid instructors from the Toyota City Kita Fire Station as instructors, and a total of 50 people participated.Reiwa
Our school currently has seven AEDs installed in the school, and this workshop is held every year as an important event, and faculty and staff take it every three years.
On the day of the event, after receiving an overview explanation, we were divided into groups of 8~9 people and received guidance from the instructor. Each participant experienced artificial respiration, chest compressions, and AED handling using a doll. In between the practical exercises, each group had a lively question-and-answer session, and the high level of awareness of the students was felt.
