As an emergency response measure for students who are economically affected by the impact of the new coronavirus infection,
The “Emergency Special Interest-Free Loan Scholarship” program was established to provide special loans for a certain period of time (until March Reiwa).
Students who wish to apply should contact the Student Support Section of the Student Affairs Division to receive the application documents.

Submission deadline: Wednesday, February 10, Reiwa (must arrive by this date)
Target students Part-time job income, which was independent from family and was “the main source of income to cover tuition fees, etc.”
Among the students (4th and 5th grades, majors) who have seen a significant decrease, the following conditions must be met.
1 Must meet the criteria for a Type II scholarship (person, academic ability, household)
2. At the time of recommendation, the applicant must not have received a Type II scholarship loan.
3 Not receiving a large amount of money from the family
4 High proportion of part-time job income to living expenses and tuition expenses
5. Impact of the spread of the new coronavirus infection on the student’s part-time job income
(more than 50% month-on-month)
Loan period: January ~ March of Reiwa 3 years (loan will be provided only for Reiwa 2 years)
