The work “RAKU・HAKO” by Mr. Shigefumi Nakayama, a second-year student in the Department of Architecture at our school, was selected as the top prize in the work category of the “High School Student Technical Idea Award” sent to outstanding high school students by Toyohashi City.
In this work, by devising the hole in the handle of the cardboard box, the area where the finger is applied is 7 times higher than that of the common handle hole, and the burden on the finger can be reduced.

I am very happy to receive this award.
I was aware of the casual inconveniences in my daily life and came up with this work to solve them.
I would like to study further and aim for even higher heights.
