Place: Incubation seminar room (graduates), classrooms (graduates)
◎Attendance of parents
・ In order to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, up to 2 parents will be required to attend in advance.
If you are a parent or guardian who wishes to attend, please apply from the Notice of Completion Ceremony and Graduation Ceremony for the Reiwa 2nd academic year (scheduled to be sent out on March 8).
(The number of seats is limited to prevent the spread of infection.) In some cases, parents may be asked to change the number of attendees.)
・Parents who have not pre-registered will not be able to enter the venue on the day of the event.
◎Precautions for attending graduation ceremonies
・If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cold, or other symptoms, please refrain from attending.
・Please observe cough etiquette and wear a mask.
・Please disinfect your hands when entering.
・ The venue is ventilated as a measure to prevent infection, so please take measures against the cold.
