A third-year student in the Department of Architecture won the “Encouragement Award” at the 16th Chuo Institute of Technology Competition for High School Students!

At the 16th Chuo Institute of Technology Competition for High School Students, Ryu Ishida (Space Design Research Department), a third-year student in the Department of Architecture, received the Encouragement Award. The theme of this competition was “Life in Karuizawa × “Work””, and 668 works were entered from 49 schools nationwide.
Mr. Ishida won the Encouragement Award for his work “KATEI,” which uses plants as the center of his home.
