1. Selection of students subject to disclosure
This course is intended for “selection by academic ability test” in the selection of students for admission to the Reiwa 6th academic year.
However, the “
Academic Aptitude Test Make-up Test
” is not eligible.
Note: Selection by recommendation is not subject to disclosure under this system.
2 Disclosure of Entrance Examination Results
(1) Subject-specific scores on the scholastic achievement test (5 subjects)
(2) In addition to (1) above, only those who did not pass the exam were ranked by the score rate in the department of their first choice.
3 How to apply
The applicant (not a representative) shall apply directly at the window designated by the school.
4 Documents required for application
(1) Application for simplified disclosure of grades for admission selection (academic ability test) (prepared at the Student Affairs Division of the school)
(2) Examination ticket and documents that can be used to verify your identity (student ID, etc.)
5. Application for Disclosure and Method of Disclosure
