1. How to apply

*Strict adherence to the deadline
(Reiwa Those who applied in April 5 and whose examination completion date is “July 19” and those who are displayed as “Under review”
The above procedure is not possible at this time. When the procedure is available, we will inform you of the new deadline in writing again.
・ If an error occurs when reading your My Number Card when applying online, please apply by entering your Individual Number.
(You do not need to send a copy of your My Number Card, etc. by mail).
・If you do not have an online environment and would like to complete the procedure by mail, please contact the following inquiries.
If the procedure is completed by mail, the Reiwa 5 tax certificate for all guardians such as parents
(Proof of all the items listed in the “Certificate of Taxation on High School Enrollment Support Funds (Supplement)”)
is required. Please note that the above deadline must be received when mailing.
