(Excerpts 1-2 from Examination Guidelines, Student Handbook for Reiwa 6, P29)
1. Students who were unable to take regular examinations or midterm examinations due to illness, accident, or other unavoidable reasons, and who submit a make-up exam application to the Student Affairs Academic Section by the designated deadline after the reason has been resolved, may take a make-up examination. However, in case of illness, a medical certificate (though for absences of only one day, a hospital receipt※ for the day of absence is also acceptable) or a substitute reason statement must be submitted along with the make-up exam application, and in case of an accident, a reason statement proving it must be submitted.
Note: Once you receive a question at the time of the exam, you will not be able to submit a make-up application for that subject. Please pay attention to your physical condition, and if you are not feeling well, consult with your doctor (or our nurse) before deciding whether or not to take the exam.
2. A person who has not submitted an application for a follow-up examination by the designated date may not take the examination.
(Added 20240618) ※If a receipt is not issued, a medical statement is also acceptable
