The 60th KOSEN Athletics Championships were held on August 29 (Friday) and 30 (Saturday) at the Crasus Dome Oita Athletics Stadium.
Eleven students from our school’s athletics club participated, and many students won prizes.
The results are as follows:
〇Men’s 5000m final MURAMATSU Ryota (5th year of the Department of Architecture) 15 minutes 55.69 seconds 7th place
〇Women’s 100m final KUME Kanon (1st year of the Department of Information and Computer Engineering) 12.97 seconds 3rd place
〇Women’s 200m final KUME Kanon (1st year of the Department of Information and Computer Engineering) 27.16 seconds 2nd place
〇Women’s 3000m final SHICHI Yumin (4th year of the Department of Civil Engineering) 11:09.22 2nd place
〇Women’s 3000m final ISHII Karin(4th year of the Department of Architecture) 11 minutes 55.20 6th place
〇4×100m relay final 53.15 seconds 3rd place

This year, due to the great success of the girls, our school was able to win the 4th place (29 points) overall for women.
