General Education Overview

In order to respond to today’s progress in science and technology, engineers are required to be well-educated people with not only specialized knowledge but also intelligence backed by an international sense. In order to meet the demands of this era, the goal of general education is to cultivate people who have a broad perspective in the fields of humanities, social sciences, and nature, maintain harmony in knowledge, and can make sensible judgments about things.
In order to achieve the above educational goals, there are various facilities and equipment such as CALL classrooms to learn foreign languages according to individual abilities, physics and chemistry laboratories, and two gymnasiums. Through experiments, practical training, and easy-to-understand lectures using these methods, students are steadily acquiring the education necessary for human development and cultivating the foundation for receiving specialized education. In addition, we focus on student guidance centered on our supervisors, and strive to ensure that students can lead a fulfilling student life.
