Due to the change in the policy on entrance examinations of the National Institute of Technology, the examination timetable for the selection of the academic ability test for the Reiwa 6th academic year has been corrected.

The application procedure is completed by submitting the online application and mailing documents.
Among the mailed documents, please apply in the form attached to the application guidelines for the recommendation letter and the surveyor.
However, the following word file recommendation form and survey form can be downloaded, entered, and printed.

For mailing documents, please send them by simple registered mail or express mail in a square No. 2 envelope (240 mm × 332 mm) with a stamp affixed to it.

About the Nearest Region Examination System

The National Institute of Technology has introduced the “Nearest Places Examination System” that allows students to take the examination at 51 national colleges of technology and other venues nationwide in the “selection by academic ability test” regardless of the technical college to which they apply. In addition to our school, prospective students can request the venue they wish to take the exam at from the “List of Nearest Places Examination System” on the Organization website.
However, due to the capacity of the venue, we may not always be able to meet your request, so if you wish to take the exam, please be sure to consult with our school in advance.

Admissions Policy of the Department (Student Acceptance Policy)

In order to train practical engineers who can respond to the demands of society, our school has established the following admission policy in order to accept students who have excellent knowledge and skills, have the ability to think and make decisions, and have the independence to collaborate with diverse people with excellent expressive skills.

What kind of students are we looking for?

The following students are accepted in this course.

  1. Those who have the ability to fully understand general education and specialized education
  2. In particular, those who have excellent abilities in mathematics and science

  4. Those who have various abilities such as leadership developed through student council, sports, volunteer activities, and experiences such as living abroad

Basic Policy for Admissions

Based on the educational philosophy of our school, we select prospective students using different selection methods and multifaceted evaluation methods in order to develop human resources in line with our educational goals.

General Selection (Selection by Academic Ability Test, etc.)

General selection (academic ability test selection) will be conducted for all those who are eligible to take the high school examination.
First, we will evaluate whether you have the basic and general skills necessary for learning at our school by means of a survey document. In addition, in order to determine whether the student has the ability to fully understand general education and specialized education, the basic academic ability of mathematics, science, English, Japanese, and social studies is evaluated by the academic ability test.

Selection by recommendation (selection through interviews, etc.)

It is assumed that you meet the application requirements and are recommended by each junior high school.
First, we will evaluate whether you have the basic and general skills necessary for learning at our school by means of a survey document. In addition, various abilities such as leadership will be evaluated by the recommendation letter. In addition, we will evaluate whether you have a clear motivation for applying, an interest in manufacturing, and a motivation after enrollment through an interview.
